About the Role

We are seeking a Training Specialist & Enablement Lead to own training, enablement, and educational content for VidaNovaVLE®. This role is responsible for ensuring institutions are prepared for every major feature release, workflow change, and new capability, not just scheduled webinars.

You will rapidly design and deliver training whenever new functionality is deployed, while also building a structured, evolving training ecosystem for our partners.


Important Eligibility Requirement (Please Read Carefully)

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience working within a medical school or training medical education users on medical education software.
This requirement is non-negotiable. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate this experience will not be reviewed.


Role Overview

This role blends instructional design, live facilitation, and medical education domain expertise. You will lead live and recorded training, produce rapid-turnaround enablement materials for new features, and ensure that training evolves in lockstep with the product.

You will be a critical bridge between Product, Customer Success, and our partner institutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for medical school partners
  • Rapidly prepare and release training webinars, videos, and walkthroughs to support new features and major platform changes
  • Develop training plans for each deployment, ensuring partners are prepared at launch
  • Produce and maintain clear, engaging training materials including documentation, videos, guides, and release-focused enablement content
  • Assist with creating and refining product documentation and other engaging learning content
  • Tailor training experiences to different audiences, including faculty, administrators, curriculum teams, and assessment offices
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to align training with roadmap priorities
  • Continuously improve training materials based on partner feedback and adoption patterns

Required Qualifications

All of the following are required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within a medical school and/or training medical education users on medical education software
  • Proven experience delivering live training, webinars, or structured enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of medical education workflows and institutional structures
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills
  • Ability to move quickly and confidently in a fast-paced product environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience creating short-form training videos or just-in-time enablement content
  • Familiarity with curriculum mapping, assessment, CBME, or accreditation workflows
  • Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts or feature launches
